The Mobility Charter is a document where LeNORD shows its services and declares its standards and objectives of improvement.
The adoption of the Mobility Charter does not represent a mere contractual fulfilment but an important moment for the company as:
- it’s an act of clearness towards its customers, a fundamental requirement for a direct continuous and constructive dialogue with them; through the Charter the end-user of the service can compare their experience with the declared results;
- it suggests a critical examination on the performed quality and on the quality perceived by the customers and, according to the available resources, allows to identify areas of possible improvement, which become objectives for the whole company.
