Special services

Through VIENORD, 100% owned by FNM Spa, LeNORD provides special services during events with a high number of participants. Thanks to this service, it is possible to identify the best solution for the customers’ journey and to find ad hoc solutions such as interconnections with other public transportation modes (buses, ferries, cableways etc.), to customize the means of transportation, to communicate the event and to use old trains.


In order to apply for this service, customers are required to specify:

• their name and address;
• the date and time of the service requested;
• the route;
• their preferred type of train (historical or ordinary);
• the indicative number of passengers;
• any other indication useful to meet their demand.

The applications for special services must be sent within one month before the date of the journey.
